Getting Started

How Do I Start?

  • We begin with an initial consultation to understand your brand vision, product goals, and specific formulation preferences.
  • Already have a formulation. No worries, we can use your existing formulation and produce a sample based on that.
  • Don’t own the formulation but want to change manufacturers? We can do our best to reverse-engineer and match your current product. Please note this may require several alterations, and exact replication isn't always possible due to the many variables involved in cosmetic formulation (such as ingredient sourcing and equipment differences).
  • After our meeting, we will provide a formal quote for the sample based on the details discussed. Sample costs vary depending on the ingredients and complexity of the formula, typically ranging from $250 to $600. This may vary in special cases.
  • Once you approve the quote, an invoice will be issued. Upon payment, sample production will be scheduled.
  • We credit 50% of your first sample cost toward your first production run with us.
  • Once you're happy with the sample, we'll provide a quote to manufacture your product at scale.

Ready to Place an Order and Want a Quote?

To prepare an accurate production quote, we’ll need the following:

  • The quantity of units.
  • All packaging required (e.g., bottle, label, jar, tube, closures, cartons)
  • Shipping destination (to estimate freight if required)

Once your quote is approved, our standard turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks. However, urgent runs may be accommodated depending on our production schedule.
